In accordance with the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), I authorize Sacred Grounds Coffee representatives to communicate with my school officials for the purpose of establishing my scholarship account with the school. I understand that all funds are to be used solely for tuition, room and board, and books, and that I cannot receive direct cash distributions from this account. Further, I understand that any unused funds that I do not use will be distributed into the school’s general student scholarship fund.
